Budget Planner template

This templates guides the user to compile an annual budget plan. It allows for the capturing of projected income and expenses in the following formats:

1. Source or type

2. Frequency: the frequency at which the income of expense cost accrues (distinguishing among monthly, once-off and/or user defined [or, in the case of expenses, called “quantities])

3. The amount from the income source for payable for the expense item

4. In respect of monthly receipts or payments, estimated annual increments

5. In the case of user defined receipts and/or expenses based on quantities of items purchased, the anticipated number of receipts and/or expense intervals (or quantities).

The template makes provision for calculating projected cash inflows) monthly receipts) and cash outflows (monthly expenses).

The template also makes provision for up to ten (10) income and expense categories respectively.

The third main design feature of the template is that it defines the main income – and/or expenses drivers on the budget.

Based on the user inputs, the template then produces:

1. A dashboard report, containing summary data of income and expense estimates about income and expenses according to cash flow periods over a one year cycle; as well as estimates according to income – and expense categories.
