Template 1

This template guides the user to evaluate the performance of an individual employee and process the results by relating it back to performance levels and remuneration guidelines. The template makes provision for the following data capturing:

1. Link of salary ranges (notches) for up to four posts / positions on the staff establishment (a maximum of 14 notches in a salary band).

2. Key Results (or Performance) Areas according to which the incumbent is evaluated. The template also makes provision for the allocation of weights to these various KRAs.
